NDIS website provides good information on how to access and navigate through the NDIS Services. 

However we also support people who meet the National Disability Insurance Scheme access requirements to navigate and engage effectively with the NDIS.

SUPPORT COORDINATION

Support coordination is a capacity building support funded within your NDIS Plan. With our Support Coordination services we will help you to make the best use of your supports in NDIS plan. 

  • We understand your NDIS plan and guide you to best use it to pursue your goals
  • We connect you with the necessary NDIS providers and other services
  • We build your confidence and skills to use and coordinate your supports.

PSYCHOSOCIAL RECOVERY COACHING

Recovery coach services are also NDIS funded. Easy Coach professionals have the mental health knowledge to be able to

  • Spend time with you and people important to you to understand your needs and priorities

  • Help you to find out about necessary services and supports that might help you

ASSISTANCE with DAILY LIFE

At EasyCoach, we provide assistance with your daily activities, enabling you to lead a more independent and fulfilling life. Through our participant-centred approach, we:

  • Understand your individual needs and circumstances.
  • Provide the necessary support for your daily activities, including:
    • Self-Care Activities: Showering, Dressing, Cooking, Grooming.
    • Household Tasks: Laundry, Dishwashing, Vacuuming, Dusting, Shopping, Cleaning.
    • Personal Domestic Activities: Organising, Bed Making, Ironing Clothes, Mopping.

SOCIAL & COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION

At EasyCoach we believe that assisting participants to actively join in community life will enhance their overall well-being. The participants are in the centre of every social and community access support that we provide. We recognize and respect your personal hobbies and interests. We provide the necessary support to help you access to help you access social activities such as:
